#PhoenixLegal advised Techno Design GmbH, part of PDS Multinational Fashions group, on their partnership with S. Oliver Group, German apparel retailer. As part of the arrangement, Techno Design’s associate company, Technocian Fashions Pvt. Ltd, will acquire S.Oliver Group’s sourcing operations S.O.T. Garments India Pvt. Ltd via share purchase agreement. S.O.T Garments is based in Chennai, India. Technocian Fashions will take over all employees and contracts of S.O.T. Garments and will exclusively source textiles in India and Sri Lanka for the s.Oliver Group. The team included Co-founding Partner Saket Shukla, Principal Associate Aditi Sharma and Associate Maryam Naaz Quadri.
