We are pleased to announce that Phoenix Legal acted as the legal counsel for existing investor Nexus Venture Partners in relation to its investment in the 56 million$ Series D Funding round of Maestroedge Solutions Private Limited (Snabbit), a quick service app providing on-demand home services, co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital (SIG) and Mirae Asset Venture Investments. With this fresh capital infusion, Snabbit plans to expand into new cities, deepen the penetration in existing markets, and strengthen its technology and operational infrastructure as it scales up to meet rising demand in the segment. Phoenix Legal advised Yaap Digital Limited in relation to its strategic acquisition of a majority stake in independent marketing agency Gozoop Online Private Limited (Company) for an approximate consideration of INR 125 crore. The acquisition is proposed to be undertaken in three tranches, ultimately resulting in Yaap Digital Limited acquiring 100% ownership of the Company. The transaction marks a significant consolidation in the digital and creative agency space. The transaction team was led by Rahul Deodhar (Partner), along with Naman Saxena (Senior Associate) and Shivani Vyas (Senior Associate).
