We are pleased to announce that Phoenix Legal advised Matrix Partners India and Kae Capital on their follow-on investment in the USD 14 million Series B funding round of Foxtale Consumer Private Limited (Foxtale). The Series B funding round was led by Panthera Growth Partners. The investment round also attracted investment from Foxtale's existing investors, Matrix Partners and Kae Capital, who had last invested in Foxtale in 2023.
